these are mens but to be honest, I’d wear them. They come in only this colour and it works. The blue for the inner lining? Works. The subtle and beautiful font on the back foot? Happiness isn’t what happens to you, it’s how you deal with it. Your mind is a muscle & you can train it (slowly over time) to dig for positives & opportunities in any situation.

Sometimes that digging is easier than other times, that’s where you’re effort comes in. No one can dictate the amount of effort you put in but YOU (that’s an inconvenient fact for finger-pointers).

People find reasons to be miserable, worry & spread negativity. There are others who find reasons to be happy, excited & spread positivity. Which one are you choosing to be?

Some folks prefer their misery for the simple fact that it’s familiar & they’re too scared to enter unknown waters, struggle & put in work to improve their condition.

If we do the same sh*t everyday, we’re going to get the same results. Does feeling sorry for ourselves ever help?
